COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING & RESTRING SERVICE
Wrap a soft tape measure snugly around your wrist bone. If you wear a watch on that wrist, choose one size up. Or measure with your phone: measure my wrist now. There is also a short sizing video.
Yes, order true to size. The bracelet is elastic and sits comfortably. Go one size up only if you prefer a looser fit.
Only if you wear the bracelet behind the watch. If you wear it in front of the watch, stay true to size.
Every order includes spare beads and extra string, so small adjustments are easy at home. Follow our resizing tutorial. If you would rather not do it yourself, send it back and we will restring it for you. We offer free lifetime restringing.
Mini beads are 6mm, regular are 10mm, and large are 12mm. Regular is our most popular. For wrists over 7 inches, or for men, a larger bead usually looks better. Mini beads suit a more delicate, minimal look.
Use this guide to estimate wrist size by height and build. If the fit is not right, we restring it free of charge, so sizing does not need to be exact.

Our Pixiu is stainless steel with 18k PVD gold plating. PVD is a thick, hard-wearing coating that resists tarnishing. We can make a solid 24k gold Pixiu on request. Please message us for pricing.
Yes. All our jade is grade A, natural, untreated and undyed, independently tested by the Gem Studies Laboratory in Sydney. View the jade certificate. Our Burma jade is natural jadeite sourced from Myanmar, and our jade donut pendants are grade A nephrite jade.
Yes. Every stone is natural and handpicked, never synthetic or dyed glass. With genuine A grade obsidian, shining a light through the bead gives a warm tint. Watch our gemstone video. Our obsidian and tiger eye are lab certified natural: view the certificate.
In feng shui tradition the left hand is the receiving side, the one through which fortune arrives, and the right is the giving side, through which it flows out. The Pixiu is worn on the left, head facing outward, so that what it draws in stays with you.
Yes. Pixiu bracelets stack comfortably with each other and with other jewellery, and many wearers pair stones for their different associations. If you wear a watch on that wrist, order one size up.
Occasional water, like washing your hands, is fine. The stones themselves are water safe. Avoid long soaking, so take it off before showering, swimming and sleeping. Pat it dry if it does get wet, as constant moisture makes the elastic stretch faster.
Wipe the beads with a soft dry cloth, and use a jewellery polishing cloth for the metal. To cleanse the piece in the feng shui tradition, rest it in the sound of a singing bowl, on crystal overnight, or under a full moon.
Not in any lasting way. Tradition suggests a quick cleanse, on a selenite plate, in sage smoke, under moonlight or in the sound of a singing bowl, and the piece is considered yours again.
Yes. Every Pixiu and red string bracelet suits men and women. Bead size is what changes the look.
We do not recommend Pixiu for anyone under 18. A crystal bracelet without the Pixiu suits children well.
The Pixiu (貔貅) is the wealth guardian of Chinese feng shui, ninth son of the Dragon King. A winged creature said to feed on gold and silver and, having no way to release what it takes in, to keep every bit of fortune it draws toward its wearer. For that reason it has been kept for centuries as a personal charm for drawing wealth in and holding it close.
Yes. Each Pixiu is blessed at the source, then cleansed in sound with a singing bowl as the bracelet is made, and rested overnight in a crystal cave before it ships.
Each stone carries its own tradition. Obsidian is long kept for grounding and protection, tiger eye for courage and clear-eyed confidence, jade for a steady, balanced life with prosperity carried quietly, and red agate for vitality and steady good fortune. Every product page describes who the piece suits best, and our live chat can recommend one from your zodiac or birth details.
BaZi, the Four Pillars of Destiny, reads your birth date, time and place to map the balance of the five elements in your chart and show which you are missing. We use it to choose the stones that suit you, and it comes included with our custom bracelet.
Yes. We read your BaZi, design around the elements you need, and send you the design before we make it. Order the custom Pixiu bracelet and message us with your birth date, time, place and gender to start.

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges on feng shui pieces, because of the energy exchange between the piece and its owner. Sizing is different. If the fit is wrong we will always restring it for you, free of charge, for the life of the bracelet.
