Refund and Return Policy

By purchasing from our business, you acknowledge and accept this Refund and Return Policy (Policy).


Important Notice & Policy Exclusions

Without limitation, the following products are excluded from this Policy due to their nature:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Collaboration items
  • Limited edition releases
  • Clearance / ‘final sale’ products

1. Change of Mind

We don’t accept returns or offer refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind / personal preferences. This includes situations where the delivery may not have been completed within the expected timeframe.

2. Refund and Returns

Eligibility Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery by emailing hi@serenityartnhome.com together with photographic evidence supporting your request (Request). All Requests are subject to compliance with the below Conditions, and any Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to determine a remedy based on the product’s condition together with the circumstances surrounding your Request.

Conditions

**Refunds will be made in store credit only**
  • Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any price tags must be intact. Proof of purchase should be attached.
  • Product must not have been altered, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than Serenity Art & Home.
  • You are responsible for any and all return shipping and handling costs. Any shipping / handling and incidental costs (e.g. sale charges) that have been included in your product order are non-refundable and will not be included in any store credit granted to you.
  • Products that are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to the sender, and will not be eligible for store credit.
  • 3. Lifetime Resize / Restring Service

    If you purchase a bracelet in the incorrect size, please don’t hesitate to request our *free restringing service by emailing hi@serenityartnhome.com

    *For Australian orders, shipping and handling costs in respect of restringing / resizing is free for the first year only (from the date of your order confirmation), and the customer will bear such costs for subsequent years.

    *For international orders, you will bear any and all shipping and handling costs in connection with any restringing / resizing by Serenity Art & Home.
